WESTFIELD — Mental health and community partnerships should be Baystate Noble Hospital’s focus as it looks to improve health equity in Greater Westfield.
That’s the message of the recent Community Health Needs Assessment for the Westfield hospital, and of speakers at an Aug. 24 public forum discussing the CHNA at Westfield State University.
