Chris Leroux serves as a business manager with Utility, following 29 years of service with the West Lafayette Police Department where he retired as Deputy Chief. Leroux is a graduate of the 247th Session of the FBINAA, and is a graduate of the Northwestern School for Police Staff and Command Class 294.

Tom Naughton has over 19 years experience in advising clients and corporations across the spectrum ranging from personal security/protection to 24/7 uniformed security for large corporate campus’s. He specialize in providing licensed uniformed off-duty police officers for security needs.
