SPRINGFIELD — A woman is suing her mortgage servicer for allegedly overcharging her by $1, violating both county and state laws.
Gladys Torres of Holyoke filed her complaint in Superior Court last week as a class-action lawsuit. She is being represented by Springfield attorney Jeffrey Morneau, who said the class has not yet been certified.
