NORTHAMPTON — The 30th annual Glasgow Lands Scottish Festival will be coming to Look Park in Northampton for the day on July 19 beginning at 9 a.m., when the park will come alive with Celtric dancers, Highland pipers and drummers, a clan parade and lively Celtic music. Over 30 pipe bands made up of 600-700 on bagpipes and drums will march in opening ceremonies at 11:30 a.m.
