A woman was shot and killed in the middle of the day in Roxbury on Monday.
The incident happened at just after 1 p.m. on Oct. 13, according to the Boston Police Department.
A woman was found shot nearby 1855 Washington St. in Roxbury, which is listed as an apartment complex called Mandela Homes.
The woman was brought to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead, police said.
The fatal shooting is under investigation by the police department homicide unit and no arrests have been publicly announced.
