The Amherst-Pelham Swim and Dive team won its second dual meet of the winter season on Monday. The Hurricanes took down Minnechaug 99-71 to remain undefeated.
All three of Amherst-Pelham’s relay teams won their events.
On the individual side, senior Finnley Chambers won the 200 and 500-yard freestyle. Rowan Alberton also secured multiple first place finishes in the 50-yard freestyle and the 100-yard backstroke.
The relay squads and individual winners secured teams that qualified them for the Division II state meet.
Teagan Demers, Audrey Spiridopolous, and Emory Alberston rounded out the wins for the Hurricanes with respective victories in the 200-yard IM, 100-yard butterfly, and 100-yard freestyle.
The Hurricanes host Belchertown next Monday for a meet at 4 p.m. Minnechaug goes for its first win on Wednesday against Agawam at home at 5:15 p.m.
