SPRINGFIELD — A new position in the city will focus on short- and long-term planning and development in its many diverse neighborhoods.
The city is now seeking a director of community planning. The job calls for someone with a minimum of seven years experience in senior planning or community development work and a bachelor’s degree with coursework in municipal or regional planning. The salary range is $82,700 to $107,700.
