On Sunday at 12:48 a.m. a winter weather advisory was issued by the National Weather Service valid from 2 p.m. until Monday 9 a.m. for Berkshire County.
The weather service says, “Total snow accumulations of 2 to 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.”
“Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. Some blowing and drifting snow will be possible,” describes the weather service. “Slow down and use caution while traveling.”
