The game is scheduled to start at 3:30 p.m. EDT and will be broadcast on ACC Network. The Tigers are coming off a 17-10 loss to the No. 3 LSU Tigers, who entered the day at No. 9 while Clemson was No. 4 prior to the defeat. Quarterback Cade Klubnik went 19-for-38 for 230 and one interception in the contest while the team only rushed for 31 yards on 20 attempts. LSU was more efficient in its passing attack, but also had 108 rushing yards.
Troy is coming off a 38-20 victory over Nicholls in which running back Tae Meadows went for 186 yards and a score on 23 carries while quarterback Goose Crowder tossed three scores as well.
