The last of the three ranked SEC matchups set to take place on Saturday, Oct. 25 is happening at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge, La. where the No. 20 LSU Tigers are hosting the No. 3 Texas A&M Aggies.

The Aggies are the only undefeated team left in the SEC, and along with Alabama, they are the only squads who are undefeated in conference play entering the day. Last week Texas A&M was in a shootout at Arkansas and survived the Razorbacks comeback attempt in a 45-42 win. Marcel Reed had four total touchdowns, three through the air and one on the ground, as he racked up 335 total yards in the victory. Rueben Owens II had two rushing scores after having just one in the six prior games.
LSU is 5-2 and needs to stop the bleeding after last week’s 31-24 loss at No. 10 Vanderbilt gave the Tigers their second defeat in their last three games. Garrett Nussmeier had 225 yards and two scores in the air and kicker Damian Ramos connected on three of his four field goals in the team’s highest scoring game against an FBS opponent this season. Prior to last week the most LSU scored against FBS competition was 23 against Louisiana Tech on Sept. 6. The team scored 56 on Sept. 20, but that was against FCS club SE Louisiana.
