The first ticket to the 2025 World Series can be booked on Friday, Oct. 17 at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles where the Los Angeles Dodgers look to complete a four-game sweep of the Milwaukee Brewers.

The Dodgers have held the Brewers to 1 run in each of the first three games, and in Game 4, they ask Shohei Ohtani to take the mound as the starter in hopes of getting another quality start like he provided in Game 1 of the NLDS against the Philadelphia Phillies when he went six innings and allowed 3 runs on three hits and had nine strikeouts. At the plate, Ohtani only has two hits in the series and five strikeouts, but he had a triple in Game 3 and scored a run in the 3-1 Dodgers victory.
As a team, Los Angeles only managed to get five hits in Game 3, but a 2-run sixth inning proved to be the difference in the contest.
With a win, the Dodgers will become the first defending World Series champions since the 2009 Phillies to return to the Fall Classic. And they look to become the first back-to-back champions since the New York Yankees won three straight titles in 1998, 1999 and 2000.
