HOLYOKE – The city of Holyoke has sold the vacant lots where the Essex House hotel once stood, and a neighboring building damaged by that structure’s 2014 collapse, to housing agency Way Finders.
The sale price was $30,000, according to a deed filed March 6 at the Hampden County Registry of Deeds. The document also spells out Way Finders’ redevelopment plans.
