The man who evaded police for a month following a gunfight in Holyoke during which a stray bullet hit a pregnant woman and killed her baby — and who authorities say was helped in escaping the state by a Holyoke couple — is scheduled for a court hearing on Wednesday.
Kermith Alvarez, 28, of Holyoke, is scheduled to be arraigned in Hampden Superior Court at 9 a.m. on Wednesday.
