
When Jill Fogg looks back at the teenager she was, and the adult she is now, she finds the change unbelievable. Some of it started with one college course she took while behind bars.
Now, a regional effort organized by Western Mass CORE, or Community, Opportunity, Resources and Education, is bringing together multiple organizations to streamline a jail-to-college system, said Nicole Hendricks, executive director.
