SOUTHWICK — Last week, the town published a notice on its website to alert prospective recreational marijuana retailers that it will soon begin accepting applications to host two dispensaries in town.
“I’m glad the process is finally moving forward,” said Select Board member Diane Gale, who has been leading the effort on the board to follow the state’s regulations related to recreational marijuana sales.
“We’ve finally got it out there that we’re working toward taking applications from prospective businesses,” Gale said.
