SOUTHWICK — Only four months removed from losing his seat on the Select Board, Russell Fox was appointed to serve on the Southwick-Tolland-Granville Regional School Committee on Monday night during a joint meeting of the Select Board and School Committee.
Fox was appointed to serve out the term of Patrick Jubb, who resigned from the School Committee in July, after being interviewed by the four remaining Southwick representatives on the committee, and Select Board members Doug Moglin and Diane Gale.
Select Board member Jason Perron recused himself from the interviews and vote because his wife, Kim Perron, was one of the candidates for the seat.
