WESTFIELD – The Westfield Technical Academy High School baseball team hit a bump in the road – but it came at home.
Smith Vocational No. 3 batter Tyler Carlson went 3-for-3 with a walk and three RBIs, James LaVallee scattered five hits and struck out nine batters, and the Vikings defeated the Westfield Tech Tigers, 5-1, on “senior night” Wednesday at Bullens Field.
