HOLYOKE — Police checking a property at 546 South Bridge St. for open-air drug dealing said they found more than 30 vials of crack-cocaine, heroin and $100 cash.
Miguel Perez, 33, of Holyoke, is charged with distributing and possessing Class A and Class B drugs.
Holyoke Police Chief Brian Keenan said officers arrived at 9:20 p.m. Thursday. When they got there, a group of people started to leave, police said. They saw Perez, who refused to stop and reached into his pocket, police said.
