
Northwestern District Attorney’s Office Chief Financial Officer Donna Dudkiewicz has retired. Assuming the position is Jennifer Perreault, who for the past 15 years served as comptroller, CFO and contract manager at ServiceNet, one of the largest human services non-profits in the region.
Dudkiewicz, a resident of Hadley, worked under four consecutive Northwestern district attorneys, starting with former District Attorney W. Michael Ryan (1983-1988), who hired her in 1986 as the fiscal affairs coordinator for the office. She was named CFO in 1988.
She stayed on in the fiscal unit under the tenures of former District Attorneys Judd Carhart (1988-1993) and Elizabeth Scheibel (1993-2011). She continued on with current District Attorney David E. Sullivan as part of his senior management team.
Perreault previously was employed at Crocker Communications. She grew up in Greenfield and now lives in South Deerfield.

Pereira brings over two decades of technology experience across higher education, enterprise consulting and financial services.
He previously served as senior systems administrator at Western New England University.
Joe earned his Bachelor of Science in network engineering from the New England Institute of Technology in Warwick, Rhode Island.

The Northwestern District Attorney’s Office is hosting four law students working as law clerks this summer:
— Third-year Northeastern School of Law student Sam Mackin, who grew up in Hadley and graduated from Frontier Regional High School in 2020 and from UMass Amherst in 2023 with a major in legal studies and economics.
— Daniel Nieves III of West Springfield, a second-year student at Western New England University School of Law, who earned his undergrad degree at the University of Connecticut at Storrs, where he majored in American Studies.
— Abigail Davis, a third-year student at Western New England University School of Law, from Mountain Top, Pennsylvania, attended Wilkes University in Wilkes Barre with a major in political science and international relations minor.
— Evan Naismith, a second-year student at the University of Connecticut School of Law, grew up in Northampton and graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. After living in California while working in the restaurant industry, he now lives in Amherst while attending law school.
