SPRINGFIELD — Westfield Mayor Michael McCabe was among the area elected officials to make an appearance at Hampden County Sheriff Nick Cocchi’s annual cookout last Wednesday.
Roughy 1,000 people came out the the Springfield Lodge of Elks 61 despite soaking rains throughout the day.
