
In the days leading up to the Senate’s vote on whether to rescind funding for public broadcasting, PBS and NPR affiliate New England Public Media has been running radio spots warning of possible funding cuts.
On Wednesday afternoon, a banner on New England Public Media’s website said, “This is the last chance to stop Congress from taking back vital public media funding,” while also urging its audience to contact their senators.
