Leominster Police Chief Aaron Kennedy was the highest-paid city employee in 2023, followed by the school superintendent, according to city records.
Kennedy took home $232,494 last year, the only city employee to receive over $200,000. School Superintendent Paula Deacon followed with $195,314.
