SPRINGFIELD — When Noe Yolindo Ambrocio-Perez collided with a concrete pole in mid-May, an affidavit in federal court says he carried a Guatemalan identification card and had an open container of Modelo beer in the van he was driving.
The collision led to both state and federal charges.
