WESTFIELD — With an eye towards making this an annual event, Isel Shalypin who owns the Wandering Waffle food truck, is organizing a Fall Fest at the Westfield Riding Club that will feature food trucks, craft vendors, pony rides, and a visit from Springfield Thunderbirds mascot Boomer.
“We have a lot of food trucks in the area and we don’t really have a place to get them all together,” Marie said about her motivation for organizing the inaugural event on Saturday, Sept. 13 from noon-5 p.m.
