SOUTHWICK — The estimate for the design and engineering of the repairs needed to the exterior brick walls of Town Hall was considerably less than the $155,000 allocated by residents during the Special Town Meeting last January.
“It’s good news that it came in way under from what we anticipated,” said Select Board member Russ Anderson about the $17,300 estimate for the work from Springfield-based Jablonski DeVriese Architects.
