WESTFIELD — The man arrested in September for lewd, wanton and lascivious conduct, resisting arrested and disorderly conduct after exposing himself to several people on the Columbia Greenway Rail Trail was sentenced Thursday in District Court on the three charges, according to court records.
David L. Gagne, 60, of Shaker Road, Westfield, accepted an Alford plea to the charges, which allowed him to plead guilty while maintaining his innocence but acknowledging the state had enough evidence for a conviction, according to court records.
