Luck was in the air at the start of the week for Bay State residents.
Six $100,000 lottery prizes were won or claimed across Massachusetts on Monday.
Three of the $100,000 prizes were from the daily “Mass Cash” drawing. The winning numbers for the May 5 drawing were 2, 3, 23, 24 and 33.
One of the “Mass Cash” tickets was sold at a Sunoco in Pembroke, and another was sold at Richdale Dairy Store in North Andover. The third was sold at Javier Market in Lawrence.
The other three $100,000 prizes claimed Monday were from scratch ticket games.
One prize was from the new “$15,000,000 Colossal Millions” game. The winning ticket was sold at the Exxon gas station on Pleasant Street in Worcester.
Another was from the “Diamond Deluxe” game, and the winning ticket was sold at New Quic Pic in New Bedford. The third $100,000 prize claimed Monday was from the “Millions” game, and was sold at Li’l Peach Convenience in Hudson.
Overall, at least 752 prizes worth $600 or more were won or claimed in Massachusetts on Monday, including 24 in Springfield, 40 in Worcester and 55 in Boston.
The Massachusetts State Lottery releases a full list of winning tickets every day. The list only includes winning tickets worth more than $600.
The two largest lottery prizes won so far in 2025 were each worth $15 million. One of the prizes was from a winning “Diamond Deluxe” scratch ticket sold in Holyoke, and the other was from a “300X” scratch ticket sold on Cape Cod.
