Two evenly matched teams will meet on a chilly December morning when Pittsburgh takes on East Carolina in the Go Bowling Military Bowl at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis, Maryland.

Houser, however, is opting out of Military Bowl for transfer portal. The Pirates’ ground attack features London Montgomery, who has rushed for 742 yards and seven scores. Anthony Smith leads East Carolina receivers with 897 yards and five touchdowns.
Pittsburgh quarterback Mason Heintschel has thrown for 2,098 yards with 15 touchdowns and seven interceptions. Running back Ja’Kyrian Turner has accumulated 652 rushing yards and seven touchdowns, while Kenny Johnson paces the Panthers’ receiving corps with 695 yards and five touchdowns.
