Alexa Jagodzinski scored her second goal of the game with 1:20 left in the fourth quarter to lift the Smith Academy field hockey team to a 2-1 win over Mahar on Wednesday, snapping a three-game losing streak.
Jagodzinski’s two goals were the first the Falcons had in a three-game stretch, raising her season total to six. Marissa Balina collected an assist in the win for her first point as a member of the varsity squad.
