On Friday at 1:28 a.m. a winter weather advisory was issued by the National Weather Service valid from 8 p.m. until Saturday 8 a.m. for Berkshire County.
The weather service adds, “Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations of up to one inch and ice accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch.”
“Plan on slippery road conditions,” explains the weather service. “Slow down and use caution while traveling.”
