The 6-5 Panthers can take the NFC South lead with a victory. They come into this matchup fresh off a 30-27 overtime road victory over the Atlanta Falcons. Bryce Young set the franchise record for passing yards in a game with 448 while also slinging three touchdowns. Tetairoa McMillan caught two of those touchdowns as part of his eight receptions for 130 yards. Xavier Legette caught the other score as he had 83 yards on four grabs. And running back Rico Dowdle had 100 yards from scrimmage thanks to 55 reception yards to go with his 45 rushing yards.

The 49ers are 7-4 and also coming off a road victory, but they didn’t need overtime to secure their 41-22 result over the Arizona Cardinals. Brock Purdy returned from a nearly two-month absence to toss for 200 yards and three touchdowns while Christian McCaffrey tallied 121 yards from scrimmage and three touchdowns. George Kittle caught six passes for 67 yards and two scores and the defense forced three turnovers, two of which were interceptions, the second of which set up Kittle’s second score.

And for those interested in checking out an alternative to the standard broadcast, Peyton and Eli Manning are back once more with another ManningCast on ESPN2.
