There is a matchup of top-15 Big Ten teams on Friday, Jan. 2 at Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln, Neb. where the No. 13 Nebraska Cornhuskers are hosting the No. 9 Michigan State Spartans.

Michigan State is 12-1 and hasn’t been on the court since Dec. 29 when it defeated Cornell, 114-97. Jeremy Fears Jr. had 21 points and 11 boards while Coen Carr had 19, Divine Ugochukwu had 12 and Jaxon Kohler had 11 and 10 rebounds. And then, off the bench, Trey Fort added 14 and Kur Teng had 10.
