There’s not much WNBA action on Saturday, July 26, but one of the contests lined up for the night sees the defending champion New York Liberty hosting the Los Angeles Sparks at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.

Jonquel Jones went for 20 points and 11 rebounds in her second game back from injury while Sabrina Ionescu posted a game-high 29 points with eight assists.
The Sparks are riding their own fur-game winning streak that has them sitting at 10-14 and on the edge of playoff contention. They are finishing a three-game EAst Coast road trip that included stops in Washington D.C. and Connecticut so far where they knocked off the Mystics and Suns, the two teams the Sparks beat in Los Angeles before starting the road trip. In their 101-86 win in Connecticut, Kelsey Plum led the way with 30 points and six assists while Dearica Hamby and Azura Stevens combined for 37 points, 19 rebounds, six assists and three steals with Stevens also getting three blocks of her own.
