Jesse Palmer asks the teams to create over-the-top holiday wreath desserts in a new episode of “Holiday Baking Championship” airing on Monday, November 17.

The eight bakers must survive the challenges from week to week and prove their abilities in front of the tough-love judges. In the first of two rounds, which is the pre-heat, the bakers are tasked with creating pastries, cookies or small cakes based on the episode’s theme.
The winner of the round gets an advantage moving into the main heat, which involves making a larger confection. The winner then moves on to the next episode with the possibility of winning a cash prize and being crowned Holiday Baking Champion at the end, according to Philo’s description of the series.
In the new episode, “Jesse Palmer challenges the Naughty and Nice teams to make holiday cocktail and mocktail desserts. The bakers create meringue-based desserts that are either cheerful or cheeky, to impress judges Duff Goldman, Nancy Fuller and Kardea Brown.”
