WEST PALM BEACH, Florida — A Westfield man was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison, followed by 25 years of supervised release, and ordered to pay restitution to victims totaling $33,500 in West Palm Beach federal court after pleading guilty of 15 counts of distribution of child pornography in early February, according to U.S. Attorney Markenzy Lapointe.
Eric Bahre, 41, who previously lived on Lockhouse Road in Westfield, admitted to sending to dozens of videos of child pornography, including the sado-masochistic abuse of infants and toddlers, to a woman in South Florida in a chatroom during the summer of 2023, according to the U.S. attorney’s office for the Southern District of Florida.
During his communication, Bahre emphasized that the videos were for the woman to share them with her “child,” according to charging documents.
