WESTFIELD — Since helping build the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Westfield’s current facility, the Kiwanis Club of Westfield has continued to support the organization.
In 1988, the Kiwanis gave the club a $100,000 gift to build a much-needed new facility on South Broad Street and annually contributes an additional $10,000 to the club.
“As the Kiwanian’s mission is to enrich and improve the lives of children in the community, this donation is used by the Boys & Girls Club wherever they feel there is the greatest need,” said Lesley Lambert, Kiwanis Club of Westfield president.
