A Westfield man is facing charges in connection with burning Pride flags stolen from Thorne Marketplace in downtown Northampton back in June, police announced Wednesday.
David Sivokonenko, 22, is charged with burning personal property, vandalizing property and disorderly conduct in connection with the incident, Northampton police said in a press release.
