TACOMA, Wash. — Tacoma police, with assistance from K-9 Odin, apprehended an armed suspect linked to a series of cannabis dispensary burglaries last month, FOX13 Seattle reported.

The arrest followed a high-speed pursuit on Sept. 15 that reached speeds between 60 and 100 mph, according to the report.

Bodycam footage shows one suspect fleeing on foot after the vehicle pursuit, climbing over a fence and running into a field. He was caught shortly after sustaining a bite from K-9 Odin.

Tacoma police stated that the pursuit was initiated due to the severity of the crimes and the minimal traffic at the time, according to the report. The suspect is believed to be involved in multiple dispensary burglaries. Authorities are still searching for the remaining suspects and urge anyone with information to contact the Tacoma Police Department.
