WESTFIELD — Two special permits approved at the City Council meeting on Sept. 4, on the recommendation of the Zoning, Planning & Development Committee chaired by Karen Fanion and member Dan Allie, caused some discussion and debate at the meeting.
The first was the approval for a truck terminal at 160 Falcon Drive, submitted by R. Levesque Associates on behalf of Westfield Falcon 160 LLC c/o Lee Guthman.
