This Stop & Shop in Mass. sold a winning $100,000 lottery ticket

Someone bought a winning $100,000 lottery ticket from Stop & Shop and claimed their prize on Tuesday.

The prize was from “Diamond Deluxe,” a $30 scratch ticket game released in September last year. There’s still two $15 million and five $1 million prizes remaining to be claimed in the game as of Aug. 27.

The winning $100,000 scratch ticket was sold at the Stop & Shop grocery store in Dedham.

Overall, at least 521 prizes worth $600 or more were won or claimed in Massachusetts on Tuesday, including six in Springfield, 18 in Worcester and 55 in Boston.

The Massachusetts State Lottery releases a full list of winning tickets every day. The list only includes winning tickets worth more than $600.

The two largest lottery prizes won so far in 2025 were each worth $15 million. One of the prizes was from a winning “Diamond Deluxe” scratch ticket sold in Holyoke, and the other was from a “300X” scratch ticket sold on Cape Cod.
