This Mass. convenience store sold a winning $100K lottery ticket

A 3-year-old scratch ticket game is still producing big winners, with someone claiming a $100,000 prize Friday and one grand prize of $15 million still unclaimed.

The $100,000 prize was from “Millions,” a $30 scratch ticket released in August 2022. One hundred and eighty of the $100,000 prizes have been claimed, with another 72 left to win. Two $15 million grand prizes have been claimed, with one remaining. The odds of winning the grand prize, according to The Lottery, is 1 in 6,048,000.

The winning $100,000 ticket was sold in Dorchester at a store called Ashmont Convenience.

Overall, at least 543 prizes worth $600 or more were won or claimed in Massachusetts on Friday, including 11 in Springfield, 19 in Worcester and 19 in Boston.

The Massachusetts State Lottery releases a full list of winning tickets every day. The list only includes winning tickets worth more than $600.

The two largest lottery prizes won so far in 2025 were each worth $15 million. One of the prizes was from a winning “Diamond Deluxe” scratch ticket sold in Holyoke, and the other was from a “300X” scratch ticket sold on Cape Cod.
