This is the most beautiful restaurant in Mass., according to People

The beauty of a restaurant is not only captured in the final drizzle of balsamic glaze, sprinkling of Parmesan cheese or dusting of powdered sugar, it’s also captured in the walls, artwork, seating and everything else about the physical space.

To remind diners about the power a restaurant’s aesthetic holds, People decided to compile a list of “The 50 Most Beautiful Restaurants in America,” which was published May 1.

The most beautiful restaurant in Massachusetts, by People’s standards, is Wusong Tiki Bar in Cambridge.

The beauty of the restaurant, located at 112 Mt Auburn St., is captured in its “thatched overhangs, 1970s-era peacock chairs and tropical wallpaper,” People wrote.

Wusong is found inside a “beautifully restored 100 year old historic Conductor’s Building,” offering a “tropical escape from the bustling city streets outside,” the restaurant’s description on OpenTable reads.

In terms of food, Wusong specializes in Chinese American bar bites and tropical Tiki-inspired drinks. The restaurant is famous for its hand-made baos, crab Rangoons and Mai Tais.

To see and taste what you’re missing, you can make a reservation at Wusong on OpenTable.
