Private high schools made up most of the top 10 best high schools in Massachusetts in 2024, according to the website Niche.
The school that received the most A+’s on Niche, a company that reviews and ranks schools from elementary to college, was Phillips Academy Andover. It ranked first out of 276 for STEM in high schools, first out of 114 private high schools and first out of the 109 best college prep private high schools in Massachusetts.
The private boarding school received A+’s in academics, teachers, clubs and activities, diversity, college prep and sports.
