One day after winning a key game against Smith Vocational to post their 10th win of the season, Westfield Technical Academy (10-2) fell to Easthampton at Bullens Field.
Logan Csekovsky and Antonio Simpson led Westfield Tech with two hits apiece. Csekovsky (2-for-4) doubled and knocked in three runs. Simpson (2-for-3) had a walk, two runs, and two stolen bases.

Cam Witczak (2-for-4, double, RBI, two runs, stolen base) and Josiah Pouliot (2-for-4, double, RBI) led the Westfield Tech offense May 7 at Smith Vocational. Tigers pitcher Antonio Simpson scattered five hits, three walks, and one run, while striking out eight batters.

Paxton Ebling homers; Generals down Bombers
Pittsfield 6, Westfield 5
Paxton Ebling blasted a two-run home run and Ava McMahon earned the win on the mound for Pittsfield (6 Ks). Ella Bassi went a perfect 3-for-3 at the plate and Mia Dejesus finished 2-for-4.
Sydney LaPanne went 3-for-4 for Westfield with a double. Bombers’ Adyson Rowell went 2-for-4. Sophie Svantesson, Caitlyn Arooth, Katie Bouchard, Alejandra Strange, and Grace Gauger each had an RBI.

McKenna Witwer, Adelaide Jordan overwhelm Bombers
East Longmeadow 17, Westfield 6
East Longmeadow’s McKenna Witwer (seven goals) and Adelaide Jordan (6) combined for 13 goals to upend Westfield in a May 7 contest.
Kara Racicot led the Bombers with five goals. Ellie Adams tallied one goal. Milana Shuman had an assist.
Westfield goalie Leena Azam made six saves. East Longmeadow keeper Jenna Hawley had four.

Southwick 3, East Longmeadow 0
Southwick (12-3) swept East Longmeadow, 25-1, 25-18, 29-27, posting its fifth consecutive victory May 6.
Max Salvador (18 digs, assist), Zachariah Frailey (dig, block), Phong Tran (ace, eight digs, 40 assists), Nicolas Spina (three aces, nine digs, 23 kills, assist), Tyce Wilson (ace, two digs), River Thompson (ace, eight digs, 16 kills, block), Daniel Methe (three aces, four digs, two kills), and Braeden Iglesias (ace, three digs, kill, two assists) contributed for the Rams.

Southwick won its fourth straight, defeating Springfield International Charter School 25-15, 20-25, 25-13, 25-23 on May 5 to improve to 11-3.
