As the rainy weather leaves New England, more visitors are headed to The Big E.

Some of the most popular food vendors at The Big E saw a drop in sales after a rainy weekend and low attendance, according to those working behind the stands.

But attendance was high on Wednesday with 95,689 guests. It was a daily attendance record, according to The Big E.

There were 63,688 people who went to The Big E on Tuesday. The previous week had 57,802 people, which was an attendance record for that day.

But overall, The Big E has not seen the same levels of attendance as previous years.

In 2022, most weekend attendance numbers ranged from 87,000 to 177,789 per day. This year, weekend attendance numbers have ranged from 69,042 to 95,541 people per day.

One difference was the weather. Multiple weekend days have either been rainy or had the possibly of rain.

On Thursday, fog is expected to clear by 9 a.m. Then it’ll be a mostly sunny day with a high near 70. There is a chance of rain Friday and Saturday but it isn’t likely.

So far, 924,629 people have attended The Big E this year.
