Contestants interact in real life and from behind a digital wall in the new reality TV series, “The Anonymous” airing on Monday, August 19.
The new series will premiere three new episodes at 11 p.m. ET on the USA Network. Those without cable can watch the show for free through FuboTV or DirecTV Stream, each offering a free trial to new users. Sling is another option for streaming the show, and promotional offers are available.
The series will also air on Bravo and SyFy networks.
“The Anonymous” is a strategic competition played in two worlds: the real world, where players interact face to face, but also a digital world, where the players communicate behind a mask of anonymity, known as Anonymous Mode, according to a description of the series from the USA Network.
In individual private hideouts, each player is free to say whatever they want to advance their game. In this game, anonymity equals power and the player best at staying anonymous becomes the player with the power to eliminate their competitors.
