WESTFIELD — Jupiter Power, the company behind a proposed North Side battery bank, is moving into the planning portion of the project after being delayed by unclear state policies around environmental permits.
“We really have the certainty of the project to move forward now … we were in a much better place than we were a year ago,” said Dan Watson, director of development.
