DANVERS – Just before halftime of their 38-0 first round playoff win over Framingham, St. John’s Prep had a bit of an injury scare.
After rolling out to his left and releasing a pass downfield, sophomore quarterback Chris Vargas was hit and appeared to suffer a leg injury.
