SPRINGFIELD – The city seeks developers for a host of properties: a vacant school, a place where a neighborhood eyesore stood for years and four lots that house remnants of former businesses.
Officals are also seeking developers interested in purchasing two separate house lots that come with funding assistance and blueprints to construct affordable homes.
