SPRINGFIELD — Last Saturday, Southwick native Troy Henke was elected as the state commander of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Massachusetts, which was less than a decade after he joined the organization that is dedicated to serving veterans, the military and their communities.
“It’s a labor of love,” Henke said Monday about his commitment to the veterans group, which he joined in 2017.
